For over a decade, Nicholas has coached basketball players to get stronger, jump higher, move better, and perform with confidence on the court. Raised in a basketball family, he understands the game’s physical demands firsthand and began strength & conditioning internships at 16, later earning CPT certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).Nicholas doesn’t use cookie-cutter programs. His work is built on adaptive systems grounded in biology, anatomy, and real-world testing, designed to support long-term performance, recovery, and consistency—not short-term hype.Based in Tampa Bay, Nicholas coaches athletes both in person and online. He lives the same principles he teaches, helping hoopers take ownership of their development and build bodies that last.
